JasMoon Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:

25ml Blanco Tequila (earthy, slightly peppery base with bright citrus undertones)

15ml London Dry Gin (adds depth with botanical complexity and a crisp backbone)

10ml Elderflower liqueur (delicate floral sweetness that enhances the lighter elements)

10ml Manzanilla sherry (brings a dry, nutty sophistication to the mix)

10ml fresh lemon juice (for brightness and acidity)

20ml Cocktail Foamer (to create a silky, structured mouthfeel)

2 dashes cardamom bitters (introduces warm spice and a hint of exotic intrigue)

40ml sparkling jasmine tea (adds effervescence, light florality, and depth without overpowering the base spirits)

Large clear ice cube (to maintain clarity and control dilution)

Mint sprig & cinnamon quill garnish (for aromatic contrast and visual elegance)
Method (Reverse Dry Shake):

In a shaker, combine blanco tequila, London Dry gin, elderflower liqueur, Manzanilla sherry, lemon juice, and cardamom bitters with ice.

Shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain out the ice, then add 20ml Cocktail Foamer.

Shake again without ice (reverse dry shake) to create a smooth, luxurious foam.

Place a large clear ice cube in a rocks glass.

Strain the mixture over the ice, then gently top with 40ml sparkling jasmine tea.
